Except as otherwise described below, if you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 15 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Items returned after 15 days subject to a 15% restocking fee.

From time to time, due to market conditions, certain products may be non-refundable. Special order items not normally stocked are not returnable. If you order a non-refundable product, we will contact you prior to fulfilling your order, advise you of the refund restrictions and offer you the option to cancel your order.

Returned items must be in the original packaging.

All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Eastman Customer Service Department at 317-782-8362. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST).

Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase.

Returns received at Eastman without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
